I.    RETURN & REFUNDS  POLICY

  

1.   Returns 
We hope that you will be very satisfied with your order but in case you want to return an item or an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us by email (info@gaya-alegria.com) or phone (+65-8113 8030) within 14 working days of receipt of your order
 
To return your product:

  • Please email us your order number and let us know why you have decided to return your order.
  • Then simply ship the products back to us, within 30 days from the date you received when you received the order.
  • Include the original packing slip in the package.
  • Please make sure you have your name & address on the return package. 
  • Please note, only unused items and only items securely wrapped in the original package will be accepted.

Once we receive the returned product(s), we will issue you a refund for the cost of the products and the shipping cost that you paid when making the order. 

 
2.   Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We reserve the right to reject a returned item or deny full refund should the product no longer appear salable or does not meet our return standards:

  • Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. 
  • Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached
  • the returned items need to arrive to our premises within 30 days from the date when you received the order.

Also please note that Gaya Alegria is not responsible for return shipping costs.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.  

3.   Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check first with your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before a refund is processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@gaya-alegria.com. 

4.   Return of Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be returned.
