We hope that you will be very satisfied with your order but in case you want to return an item or an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (+65-8113 8030) within 14 working days of receipt of your order. We will arrange pick up of the items within 7 days after receiving your notice. Please note, only unused items and only items securely wrapped in the original package will be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check first with your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before a refund is processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Returns of Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
