Payments can be made through our PayPal payment gateway regardless of your location. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can press the checkout button and proceed with payment using your creditcard.
We hope that you will be very satisfied with your order but in case you want to return an item or an item arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us by email (email@example.com) or phone (+65-8113 8030) within 3 working days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned within 7 days after delivery to qualify for a refund. Keep the proof of shipment because we cannot take any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us and only unused items and only items securely wrapped in the original package will be accepted. Please note that large items will be picked up by our delivery service or one of our couriers and the costs will be deducted from the refund.
